ZIG Engineering does software work on passenger cars — on location, across the Netherlands and Belgium. Personal contact from the first question to the final check.
Most businesses expect you to come to them. We do it the other way round. We agree a place and time that suit you — at home, at work, wherever — and come to you. That saves you a day without your car, and it means you deal with the same person from start to finish.
What we do: Stage 1, diagnostics, and solving faults that don't turn up in the usual places. Fault codes that keep returning after a repair, software not doing what it should — that's what we're good at.
Before we touch anything you know what will happen and what it costs. Our rates are simply on the site — no quote process just to find out what a Stage 1 costs. And before we start you sign a work order setting out what we do, what it costs and what the terms are.
What we don't do
Promises we can't back up. The calculator on this site only shows figures we have on record per version. If yours isn't listed, you'll see that too — we don't fill that gap with a guess.
We do Stage 2 on request, since that depends on the hardware fitted to your car. And if a modification isn't technically sensible, we'd rather say so than carry it out anyway. A satisfied customer six months from now is worth more than a job today.
